Getting Started on ELAPRASE (idursulfase)

If you and your doctor decide that ELAPRASE is right for you or your child, OnePath® can help you access therapy. Shire and OnePath are committed to providing product support services to patients and their families affected by Hunter syndrome.

Eligible patients who sign up with OnePath will be assigned a Patient Support Manager who will help address questions you may have about access to your therapy.

Support for eligible Hunter syndrome patients and their families with OnePath.

Coordinated care
We can help with details of your ELAPRASE therapy, including providing you with information to locate a treatment center, if necessary, and arranging delivery of ELAPRASE to the treatment center.

Helping to get you started
First you should discuss ELAPRASE therapy with your doctor; you and your doctor may then decide to sign a OnePath Start Form (English | Español). You don’t have to sign the Start Form to receive ELAPRASE therapy, but you will need to do so if you would like to receive OnePath product support services. After you and your doctor sign the form, your doctor will fax it to us and we’ll handle the rest.
